What data will you have access to from Command? Right now HomeKeepr is only integrated with your Command contacts. This means we'll be able to see all of your Command contacts and any data you enter for those contacts. This includes name, email, phone, address, tags, and any other fields that you may choose to fill in.
What if I already have a HomeKeepr account? You'll still want to follow the steps to connect Command to HomeKeepr that way we'll receive your existing Command contacts and any future ones.
Is there a cost for this? No. Through our partnership with KW, you have a free subscription plan. To qualify for the free plan, you'll need to submit at least one client every two months to our moving concierge program. Once I create my HomeKeepr account, how do I access it going forward? You sign into HomeKeepr at any time by visiting the My Apps section of the KW Marketplace and clicking the HomeKeepr app.
How will I know if clients accept my HomeKeepr invitation? You'll receive an email alert letting you know a client has accepted your invitation.
What if some of my Command contacts already exist in HomeKeepr? For now, they will still display on the "Pending Invitations" page, but once our system tries to send the invitation to them, we'll see they already exist and an invitation email will not be sent.
